This policy explains what cookies and similar technologies are, which ones this website uses, and how you can control them. The short version: we set none.

1. Summary
throughputlabs.ai sets no cookies of its own. We run no analytics, no advertising tags, no tracking pixels, no session recording and no cross-site profiling. There is no consent banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to.
The site does make two categories of third-party request that are necessary to deliver the page, described in section 4. Neither places a cookie on your device under our configuration, but both necessarily receive your IP address, as any request across the internet does.
2. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store and to return on later requests. Cookies are commonly used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, or — most often — to build a profile of your browsing across sites for measurement and advertising.
Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, IndexedDB, web beacons, tracking pixels and device fingerprinting. Where this policy refers to cookies, it also covers these technologies.
3. Cookies we set
None. Every page of this website is static HTML, CSS, SVG and a single JavaScript file that runs entirely in your browser. There is no login, no shopping cart, no personalization and no server-side session, so there is no first-party cookie to set.

4. Third-party requests
Delivering the page requires your browser to contact two third parties. We disclose them because, although they do not set cookies in our configuration, they do receive technical data including your IP address.
4.1 Content delivery and security network
This site is served through a content delivery network that provides TLS termination, caching and protection against denial-of-service and abuse. The provider processes connection metadata — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user-agent — to route and secure the request. This is strictly necessary to make the site available and to keep it available.
Some content delivery networks set a security cookie to identify traffic from individual browsers for abuse mitigation. Where such a cookie is present, it is strictly necessary for security, carries no cross-site advertising function, and is not used by us for any purpose.
4.2 Web fonts
The site loads the Inter and JetBrains Mono typefaces from Google Fonts. Google Fonts does not set cookies, but the request necessarily discloses your IP address and user-agent to Google, which states that it uses this data to serve the font files and for aggregate usage statistics.
If you would prefer that no request leave our infrastructure, the fonts can be self-hosted. If you are a visitor or a client with a view on this, tell us at [email protected] — it is a change we are willing to make.
5. Other local storage
The site's JavaScript does not write to localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB. It handles the mobile menu, scroll-triggered animations, the FAQ accordion and validation of the enquiry form, all in memory for the duration of the page view.
Information you type into the enquiry form stays in the page until you submit it or navigate away. Your browser may offer to autofill fields from its own saved data; that is a browser feature under your control, not something this site stores.
6. How to control cookies
Even though we set none, you can control cookies for every site you visit from your browser settings. Most browsers let you view stored cookies, delete them, block third-party cookies, or block all cookies. Blocking all cookies breaks many websites, though it will not break this one.

- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Private or incognito windows discard cookies and local storage when the window closes.
7. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signal. Because we do no tracking, there is nothing for these signals to switch off — your experience of this site is identical whether or not you send one.
8. Changes to this policy
If we ever introduce a cookie or an analytics tool, we will update this policy before doing so, add a consent mechanism where the law requires one, and change the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
